Returns, Refunds & Product Support


For U.S. Customers

All products are made to order, created especially for you.
For that reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.

If your item arrives in such condition, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@lateliernoirdeparis.com including your order number and photos showing the issue. 

We will review your case together with our fulfillment partner, and once approved, arrange for a replacement or refund — no return necessary.

We want you to love your purchase — if something isn’t right, please reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right.


For U.K. Customers

All products are made to order, created especially for you.
Under the U.K. Consumer Contracts Regulations, made-to-order goods are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.

However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@lateliernoirdeparis.com, including your order number and photos showing the issue.
We will review your case together with our fulfillment partner, and once approved, arrange for a replacement or refund — no return necessary.

All matters are handled with care and in line with U.K. consumer protection standards.


For EU Customers

As a customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Act.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at support@lateliernordeparis.com before the 14-day period expires.

The item must then be returned within 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw. Please note that the product must be in unused condition and in its original packaging.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost when exercising the right of withdrawal. Once we have received and approved the return, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days.
