At L’Atelier & Beyond STH, every product is made to order and produced through our trusted international fulfillment partners.
Below you’ll find key details about how we handle production, delivery, and shipping worldwide.
1. Order Processing
Each item is custom-produced upon order.
Processing and production typically take 2–7 business days from the time the order is placed.
You will receive an order confirmation email upon purchase and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method:

Sweden & EU: 5–10 business days

U.K. & Europe (non-EU): 7–15 business days

U.S. & Canada: 4–8 business days (domestic fulfillment for most U.S. orders)

Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days

These are estimated time frames. Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or peak season volume.
3. Shipping Origins
Orders are fulfilled from the production facility closest to the customer’s delivery address whenever possible.
This regional fulfillment network helps minimize shipping distances, carbon emissions, and customs fees.
Most customers in the U.S., EU, U.K., Canada, and Australia receive their orders from local or regional facilities — meaning no import duties or cross-border customs charges apply.
If an item is fulfilled from a different region (for example, a specialty product not available locally), local customs duties or import taxes may apply.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
For special promotions or bundle offers, shipping discounts may apply where stated.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and link.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
If your order ships from outside your region, local customs fees or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
These costs are determined by your local customs authority and vary by country.
We are not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from customs procedures.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Incorrect Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support @ lateliernoirdeparis.com.
We will review your case together with our fulfillment partner to locate your shipment or issue a replacement if deemed lost.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout — we cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
8. Sustainability Commitment
We operate on a print-on-demand model, meaning every item is produced only after an order is placed.
This approach minimizes waste, reduces overproduction, and helps lower our environmental impact.
Where possible, orders are routed to the nearest production facility to reduce transportation emissions.
