These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and online store operated under the brand L’Atelier & Beyond STH (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By visiting or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our website or placing an order.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

1. Products

All products sold through our website are made to order and produced through our trusted international fulfillment partners.
Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to production methods and display settings.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in SEK (Swedish Krona) unless otherwise stated.
Prices include VAT for EU customers where applicable.
For customers outside the EU, local taxes or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Accepted payment methods include Klarna, PayPal, and major credit/debit cards.
Payment is processed securely at checkout, and orders are not confirmed until payment has been received.

U.S. Sales Tax

Sales tax for U.S. orders is calculated automatically at checkout in states where we are required to collect it.
If we are not registered to collect tax in your state, you may still be responsible for paying any applicable use tax directly to your local tax authority.

U.K. VAT

VAT is included in the total price for U.K. customers in accordance with applicable tax law.
We are not responsible for any import VAT or customs charges applied upon delivery.

3. Orders and Cancellations

Once your order has been placed and confirmed, it immediately enters production and cannot always be modified or canceled.
If you discover an error in your order, please contact support @ lateliernoirdeparis.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Production typically takes 2–5 business days, followed by shipping times depending on destination:

  • Sweden & EU: 5–10 business days

  • U.K. & Europe (non-EU): 7–12 business days

  • U.S. & Canada: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of world: 10–20 business days

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped.

5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

All products are made to order; therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support @ lateliernoirdeparis.com, including your order number and photos of the issue.
We will review your case together with our fulfillment partner and, once approved, arrange for a replacement or refund — no return required.

EU & U.K. Withdrawal Rights

Customers in the EU and U.K. have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under consumer law, except for custom-made or made-to-order goods, which are exempt.
Since all our products are made to order, the withdrawal right does not apply except where the product is defective.

All returns and replacements are handled in line with EU, U.K., and Swedish consumer protection laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, artwork, photographs, and designs displayed on this website are the intellectual property of L’Atelier & Beyond STH or the respective artists.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or products.
Our total liability will not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and all transactions made through our website are governed by Swedish law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be settled by the Swedish courts, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in the customer’s country of residence.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights under EU, U.K., or U.S. consumer law, where applicable.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect operational or legal changes.
The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
